Open the app, go to the Settings tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. You'll confirm, and then your account and every entry, pattern, and preference tied to it are permanently deleted. This can't be undone. If you'd rather we do it for you, email hi@deardate.club from the address you signed up with.
Dear Date Plus is billed by Apple through your App Store account. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Dear Date, and change or cancel your plan there. You can also tap Manage subscription in the app's Settings tab. If you bought Plus on the web, manage billing at deardate.club.
Sign-in links are emailed to the address you entered. Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure you're opening the link on the same device. Links expire after a short window — request a fresh one if it's been a while. Still stuck? Email us and we'll get you in.
Yes. Your entries are encrypted at rest and in transit, and row-level security means only you can read them when signed in. See our Privacy page for the full picture.
